Mendi lasterketa goizeko 10:00 etan hasiko da, dorsalak batzeako 9:ooetan etorri Olatxura!<\/p>\n

La mendi martxa  es el dia 28 de Abril a las 9:30 a.m, para coger los dorsales ven a las 8:30 al barrio Olatxu.<\/p>\n

La carrera empezara a las 10:00 a.m, para recoger los dorsales ven a las 9:00 al barrio de Olatxu.<\/p>\n

2012 Apirilak 28ean  ospatuko da Santakurtzetako jaietan (Zeberio Bizkai) “I.Untzeta mendi lasterketa eta mendi martxa”.
\n\tEl dia 28 de abril del 2012 en las fiestas de Santa cruz de Zeberio celebraremos la “I.Untzeta mendi lasterketa eta mendi martxa”.<\/p>\n

INGURUMENA ERRESPETATZEKO PARTE HARTZAILE KOPURUA MURRIZTU DUGU: MENDI MARTXARAKO 200 PERTSONA ETA LASTERKETARAKO 150.<\/p>\n

Ordutegia: lasterketa goizeko 10.00etan hasiko da, mendi martxa 9:30etan
\n\thorario la carrera empezará alas 10.00 la marcha a las 9:30<\/p>\n

POR RESPETO AL MEDIO AMBIENTE Y A LA CONSERVACION LIMITAMOS LA PRUEBA A 200 PERSONAS PARA LA MARCHA Y 150 PARA LA CARRERA<\/p>\n

2.Froga, la prueba:<\/p>\n

10,5 kilometrotako luzeera eta 800 metrotako desnibel + izango du.
\n\tLa prueba tendrá una longitud e 10,5 kilometros y 800 metros + de desnivel.<\/p>\n

3.Parte hartzaileak, participantes<\/p>\n

Edozein pertsonak hartu dezake parte, izena emotea beharrezkoa baina dohakoa izango delarik. Emakumezko eta gizonezkoek denek batera hartuko dute parte.<\/p>\n

Puede participar cualquier persona, pero hay que incribirse via email . No hay distición por sexos ni edades. La inscripcion es gratuita<\/p>\n

4.Ibilbidea-el recorrido:<\/p>\n

Ibilbidea kolore bizidun plastikosko zinta zatiekin señalatua egongo da. Tontorretik igarotzea derigorrezkoa izango da (bertan kontrol gunea egongo da).<\/p>\n

El recorrido estará señalizado con una cinta de plástico de color vivo, y será necesario pasar por la cima (allí habrá un punto de control).<\/p>\n

Ugaoko udal polikiroldegiko dutxak erabiltzeko aukera izango dute parte hartzaileek, arratsaldeko 14:00 ak arte.<\/p>\n

Las personas que participen podrán hacer uso de las duchas del polideportibo de Ugao hasta las 14:00 horas del día de la prueba.<\/p>\n

5.Jan edanak- Habituallamiento<\/p>\n

Helmugakoaz aparte jan edari gune bat egongo da tonterretik gertu.
\n\tAdemas del de meta habra un punto de habituallamiento cerca de la cima.<\/p>\n

7. Oharrak además:<\/p>\n

Las\/los participantes deberán seguir las indicaciones facilitadas por la organización para el buen desarrollo del evento. El no respetar la normativa, el perjudicar el entorno, o el provocar daños será motivo de expulsión de la prueba y entenderemos que esa persona no está participando en ella.<\/p>\n

Antolakuntzaren esku geratzen da arrazoi metereologiko edo indarrezko beste arrazoiren ondorioz beharrezko edozein aldaketa egitea edo froga bertan behera uztea.<\/p>\n

Así mismo queda en manos de la organización el derecho y la decisión de cese de la prueba por causas meteorologíacas adversas u otras causas entendidas como de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n

Las personas que participan están obligadas a socorrer a los\/las demás participantes en caso de accidente y a respetar el entorno.<\/p>\n
